MEETING MINUTES

SEPTEMBER 21, 2004

CALL MEETING TO ORDER:

ZBA Vice Chairman  Clayton McGraw called the meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals to order at 5:38 P.M..

DISCUSSION/ACTION ZBA MINUTES OF AUGUST 17, 2004:

A motion was made by James Hulen and seconded by Jonathan Cooper to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals meeting held on August 17, 2004 as written.  Motion carried, all voting aye.

DISCUSSION/ACTION ZBA CASE NO. 040901:

A motion was made by Jonathan Cooper and seconded by James Hulen to approve request made by Matthew Hanna for a Special Use Permit for property located at 1320 Hillcrest Dr., being further described as Lot 1-04, Block 110, to locate an accessory portable building to accommodate additional office spaces. Motion to approve contingent upon the following:

1.  Proper TDLR identification on the building.

2.  Site plan submitted.

3.  Building being skirted and meet all codes.

4.  Five (5) years back to ZBA for review (Sept.- 2009).

Motion carried.  All voting aye.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS:

No other business.

With no other business before the Board, Vice Chairman McGraw adjourned the meeting at 5:55 P.M..
