Utility Billing Information

Notice:
Beginning with the first billing cycle in April, the City of Sulphur Springs will change the billing format for utility bills. Bills will be printed on a full sheet of paper and mailed in an envelope.  The new format will contain detailed billing information, including a graph that displays past usage.  The bottom part can be torn off and mailed with payment in the included envelope or residents can use one of the many payment options available. The City hopes that the change in format will offer more security and privacy than the previous postcard format. Those that receive their bill through e-mail or wish to receive their bills through e-mail will also notice a difference in the appearance of their bill.
