The City Council is the governing body of  Sulphur Springs.  The Council meets the first Tuesday of each month in the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m. All Council Meetings are open to the public. There is a public comment segment at the end of each agenda. Council may receive information during the public comment segment of the meeting, but cannot make a decision until the item is placed on a future agenda for action.
