CALL MEETING TO ORDER:

ZBA  Chairman Mike Blount called the meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals to order at 5:30 P.M..

DISCUSSION/ACTION ZBA MINUTES OF JUNE 22, 2004:

A motion was made by Clayton McGraw and seconded by Hillary Young to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals meeting held on June 22, 2004 as written. Motion carried, all voting aye.

DISCUSSION/ACTION ZBA CASE NO. 040801:

Motion made by Hillary Young and seconded by Jonathan Cooper to approve request by North Hopkins I.S.D. for a Special Use Permit for property located at 100 Craig Street, being further described as Lot 2-03, Block 24-1, to locate a 24’ x 32’ portable accessory building for use as an alternative school classroom.  Motion carried, all voting aye.

No other business.

ADJOURN:

With no other business before the Board, a motion was made by Jonathan Cooper and seconded by Clayton McGraw to adjourn the meeting at 5:38 P.M..  Motion carried all voting aye.
