CALL REGULAR MEETING TO ORDER

Planning and Zoning Chairman Bryan Baier called the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to order at 7:00 P.M.

DISCUSSION/ACTION MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING HELD 07/19/04

A motion was made by Gary Spraggins to approve the minutes and Craig Roberts seconded. Motion carried, all voting aye.

DISCUSSION/ACTION ZBA CASE #040801:

A motion was made by Roy Pelton, seconded by Pamela Clayton to approve request and send to Zoning Board of Adjustments by North Hopkins ISD for a Special Use Permit for 100 Craig St., being further described as Lot 2-03, Block 24-1 to locate a 24x32 portable accessory building for use as an alternative school classroom.  Motion carried, all voting aye.

OTHER BUSINESS

Johnny Vance advised Commission that at the next meeting we would have two items on the agenda for next month.

A motion was made by Pamela Clayton, seconded by Craig Roberts, to adjourn the regular meeting of August 16, 2004 at 7:10 P.M.  Motion carried, all voting aye.
