CALL MEETING TO ORDER:

ZBA Chairman Clayton McGraw call the meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals to order at 5:30 P.M..

 

DISCUSSION/ACTION ZBA MEETING MINUTES OF DECEMBER 20, 2005:

A motion was made by James Hulen and seconded by Jonathan Cooper to approve the ZBA Meeting Minutes of December  20, 2005.  Motion carried, all voting aye.

 

DISCUSSION/ACTION ZBA CASE NO. 060301:

A motion was made by James Hulen and seconded by Gary Stokes to approve a request by Owners/James & Karen McMahan for a Special Use Permit for property located on Industrial Dr., being further described as a portion of Lot 7-01R, Block 214 for the purpose of constructing a hotel, Holiday Inn Express. Motion carried, all voting aye.

No other business, ZBA Chairman Clayton McGraw adjourned the meeting of March 21, 2006 at 5:40 P.M..
