REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

CALL WORKSHOP MEETING TO ORDER:

Planning and Zoning Vice Chairman Gary Spraggins called the workshop to order at 6:35 p.m. for the discussion of the Annexation Plan.  As requested by the Commission, Staff presented a revised annexation map.

CALL REGULAR MEETING TO ORDER:

Planning and Zoning Vice Chairman Gary Spraggins called the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to order at 7:04 P.M.

DISCUSSION/ACTION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES OF DECEMBER 19, 2005

A motion was made by Roy Pelton and seconded by Pamela Clayton to approve the meeting minutes of December 19, 2005.  Motion carried, all voting aye.

DISCUSSION/ACTION FINAL REPLAT R.E. PRATT ADDITION:

A motion was made by Roy Pelton and seconded by Craig Roberts to approve a request by property Owner/Glenn Eskew, Jr. to replat property to reflect right of way acquisition and appropriate building set backs for property located on the East side of Magnolia Street, South of Ashcroft Street, being further described as Lot 15-A, Block 8. Motion carried, all voting aye.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS:

Johnny advised the Commission that at the next meeting there would be five agenda items, those being three (3) plats and two (2) rezoning cases.

A motion was made by Roy Pelton and seconded by Pamela Clayton to adjourn the meeting of January 17, 2006 at 7:08 P.M. Motion carried, all voting aye.
