CALL MEETING TO ORDER:

ZBA Chairman Clayton called the meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals to order at 5:32 P.M..

 

DISCUSSION/ACTION ZBA MEETING MINUTES OF MARCH 21, 2006:

A motion was made by Gary Stokes and seconded by Raymond Johnson to approve the ZBA Minutes of March 21, 2006.  Motion carried, all voting aye.

 

DISCUSSION/ACTION ZBA CASE NO. 060401:

A motion was made by Joel Sheffield and seconded by Raymond Johnson to approve a request by Grace Homes for a Special Use Permit for property located at 412 Austin Acres Rd., being further described as Lot 24, Block A, to place a temporary construction trailer on the property; with the following stipulations:

 

            1.         Handicap accessible

            2.         No outside storage

            3.         Fenced in backyard

            4.         2 Offsite Parking Spaces

            5.         12 month – Time Limit

No other business before the Board, ZBA Chairman Clayton McGraw adjourned the meeting of April 18, 2006 at 6:05 P.M..
