CITY OF SULPHUR SPRINGS, TEXAS SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
NOVEMBER 8, 2005 12:00 p.m. (noon)
Mayor Clay Walker called the special meeting of the Sulphur Springs City Council to order at 12:00 p.m. in the meeting room of the Public Library at 611 North Davis Street. The following council members and staff were present:

Staff: Marc Maxwell, City Manager Gale Roberts, City Secretary Jim McLeroy - City Attorney
Absent: Councilman Larry Powers
PLEDGE AND INVOCATION Mayor Walker did not lead in the pledge because the meeting room of the library has no flag. Mayor Pro Tem Taylor led the invocation.
SECOND PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED ANNEXATION The second public hearing was held for a proposed annexation of 3.432 acres of land containing seven lots that adjoin the Stonebriar Addition Phase II. There was no one present to speak to the annexation. The public hearing was closed.
